Job Summary
The Marketing Staff will assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase customer engagement, and drive sales growth. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing promotional campaigns, conducting market research, and supporting various marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and advertising
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns to ensure alignment with objectives
- Market Research:
- Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies
- Gather and analyze data to help identify new marketing opportunities
- Gather reports on our Mitra Prendjak (sales, raw materials, SOP, etc)
- Event Coordination:
- Assist in organizing and promoting events such as webinars, trade shows, conferences, and product launches
- Assist on event logistics, event preparation, promotional activities, and post-event follow-up
- Sales Support:
- Provide support to the sales team by creating marketing materials, preparing presentations, and assisting with lead generation
- Track and manage marketing leads to ensure effective follow-up and lead nurturing
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain marketing databases, update mailing lists, and handle vendor communications
- Assist in managing the marketing budget and tracking expenditures
- Logistic Support:
- Assist in the stock warehouse when goods arrive
- Assist in the stock preparation before event/s
- Assist in the delivery when need it
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms)
- Responsible, honest and punctual
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Basic design skills (knowledge of Adobe tools is a plus)
- Possessing strong driving skills and driver’s license (SIM A) will be considered an advantage
Working Condition
- Full-time position with typical office hours, with occasional need for overtime during campaigns or events
- Some travel may be required for events or client meetings
