WHY JOIN GEROBAK PRENDJAK PARTNERSHIP?
PARTNERSHIP MOU REQUIREMENTS
- Each “gerobak” must be at least 1 km apart from one another
- Partners must purchase raw materials from the principal
- Partners located outside Jakarta are required to procure raw materials through designated distributors and partners within Jakarta are able to directly purchase from the principal, but administrative procedures are still involved with distributors
- Penalties will be imposed if raw materials are not purchased from the principal, including partnership revocation or a maximum fine of Rp10,000,000
- Partners are required to comply with the established selling prices set by the principal
